Are your offers not bringing in clients?
You’re not the only one. And what used to work just isn’t cutting it anymore. The way people buy is changing, and that means how you create and sell your offers needs to change too. Here are 3 changes that will help you attract clients in 2025, without triggering that desperate nervous energy.

Welcome to The Find Coaching Clients Newsletter for learning where to focus your energy, so you can find plenty of clients.
Finding clients online can feel pretty challenging. Especially if you feel like you’re constantly selling (or trying to). I get it. It’s exhausting when nothing seems to work, and you start wondering if it’s you, or if this whole coaching thing is just... broken.
But, there are smarter, simpler ways to attract people who already want what you offer, without you feeling like a pushy salesperson. Let’s face it, most of us are NOT that and it goes against our very nature.
I’ve been doing research and these 3 trends are changing the way coaches are finding clients online. If you’re ready to make it easier on yourself (and actually grow your business), keep reading.
Client-Getting Tip
Embrace Lower-Priced Offers
I know, I know... you might be thinking, “Won’t lower prices make me look cheap which means not high value?” Nope. Not if you do it right. The truth is, affordable “micro” offers can be a genius move.
They let potential clients try out your coaching without a big commitment, which builds trust faster. It’s low risk for your people which is a good thing. Once they experience your magic, it’s a lot easier to move them into higher-ticket services.
These are best for:
Building trust with new clients (without feeling pushy)
Showcasing your expertise (so they know you’re the real deal)
Upselling to premium services later (Doing it this way, your higher tier offer will make perfect sense to them.)
How it Helps:
Lower-priced offers give people a no-brainer way to say “yes” to you. And once they do, they’re a lot more likely to trust you with bigger investments. It’s a win-win.
What About Looking “Cheap” or not of high value?
Look, I get the hesitation. You don’t want to devalue your coaching. Actually, micro-offers aren’t about lowering your worth, you’re giving people a small taste of what you do. Done right, they become stepping stones to your premium offers. And you create a really positive customer journey. Not to mention, this approach can build really stellar premium offers for you (Join me for the upcoming webinar below to find out how).

Attract Clients Now with Micro Solutions
Big coaching companies succeed because they have big teams and big budgets. I know, I've worked in them. Now, I'm a solo coach. And as solo coaches, we can’t rely on those tactics.
Maybe you’ve already put something out there, only to be met with silence, leaving you feeling let down and discouraged.
You’re stuck on how to create a coaching or mentoring "big" program. That's what we're told to do. You're either not growing because you still haven't gotten that offer out there (it takes forever to create) or you don't know HOW to create it.
And without it, you can't move forward. Or can you?

Simplify Your Business
Use Podcasts to Attract Coaching Clients.
If you’re not showing up on podcasts yet, apparently you’re missing out (LOL). Seriously. This is what my research shows.
Podcasts are like free stages where you can share your expertise with people who are already interested in what you do.
It’s one of the most powerful ways to reach new clients without spending a dime on ads. I’m adding more of these into my list growth strategy this year.
Best for:
Reaching more people who are already curious about your kind of work
Building authority (because being on a podcast boosts your credibility)
Getting free traffic to your services (in a more relevant way)
How it Helps:
Podcasts give you a platform to share your story and your expertise in a way that feels authentic. People get to hear your voice, your personality, and your perspective, all of which create connections faster than any social media post ever could.
But Isn’t It Hard to Get on Podcasts?
Yes, it can feel like a lot of work to pitch yourself as a guest. But the exposure is worth it. And once you get your first couple of interviews, it gets easier, especially if you have a system. The credibility alone is worth the effort. I’ll share my approach and system as I go.

Energy Check-In
Okay, time for a heart-to-heart: how’s your energy right now?
Are you cruising through your day, feeling good, or does it feel more like you’re dragging a bag of rocks uphill? (And I’m not talking about the energy-filled, crystal-healing kind of rocks.)
Here’s what I’ve learned through tough experiences: Your energy isn’t just something to consider when it comes to your business, it’s the whole engine. When it’s off, everything feels harder. When it’s right, things flow.
If you’re feeling a little blah, here’s a quick check-in:
What’s weighing you down right now?
Where are you resisting (and why)?
What’s one tiny thing you can do today to feel better and raise your vibrational frequency?
And hey, don’t overthink it. Sometimes the answer is as simple as closing your laptop, stepping outside, and reminding yourself that the world is bigger than your to-do list. (Hmm… maybe I should take my own medicine.)
When I’m feeling off, I like to ask myself: “What feels off?” Followed by, “What would feel better?” And then I do that thing, even if it’s something silly like putting on 80’s music and dancing in my kitchen. (Yes, that happens. Often.)
Let your soul take the wheel today. Even if it’s just for a little while. You might be surprised where it leads you.
