Simplify Your Business

Stop Creating Before You Validate.

Most solo coaches spend too much time creating before they validate.

  • You build full programs before knowing if clients actually want them.

  • You spend hours on content that doesn’t convert.

  • You “polish” offers endlessly, hoping they’ll land better (Geez, the time I’ve spent doing this).

Your audience will tell you what they want, if you ask. Or better yet, just start having conversations, listen for the small aggravations, and frustrations. Then create a solution for them.

  • Run a quick poll in your community.

  • Have short conversations with potential clients.

  • Offer a beta version and get real feedback before building the full thing.

  • Use emails to determine interest.

  • Offer your idea for free first, just see if you have any takers.

The simpler path? Start with a micro-offer, test the demand, and refine from there.

I didn’t validate starting out and honestly, it’s not easy to push past your own desire to insist that what you want is what they want. Validating doesn’t require weeks of research or lurking in FB groups all day long. (I don’t do that, you?). It can be very simple. Even one person interested can get you moving.

So often, we operate from a place of chasing, chasing clients, chasing success, chasing the next big strategy. But manifestation isn’t about chasing. It’s about aligning.

Your ideal clients are already looking for the transformation you provide. The opportunities you want already exist. The key is to trust that what you’re seeking is already moving toward you, and to show up in full belief that it’s happening while you’re doing.

Instead of asking How do I find clients?, shift to:

  • How do I show up as the coach they’re already looking for?l

  • Where am I forcing, instead of allowing?

  • How can I align my energy with the result I want?

Move in the direction of what you desire, because it’s moving toward you too.
