Shrinking your dreams unknowingly?
Every coach hits moments of feeling stuck, stalled, or smaller than they want to be. Most don't realize the stuckness starts way before they feel it. Tiny choices you’re not even noticing could be silently pulling your vision smaller.

Welcome to The Find Coaching Clients Newsletter for learning where to focus your energy, so you can find plenty of clients.
Most coaches think they're aiming big. But dream-shrinking doesn’t happen with a big, obvious crash. It sneaks in through the back door.
A smaller offer here.
A safer goal there.
A “why bother” that leads to decline.
Pretty soon, your big, bold vision is looking a little... tiny.
Today, I want to give you a simple 5-minute self-check you can use anytime to catch those shrink points before they turn into stuck points.
Because you deserve a business that matches your true vision, not just the size of your current comfort zone.
And because you likely won’t even notice how your brain is pulling you back from success, back from your dream, negotiating smaller and smaller wins till you give up.
That’s the last thing I want for any coach.

Catch a Shrink Point in 5 Minutes:
Step 1: Grab a journal or your Notes app.
Step 2: Answer these 3 questions honestly:
Where am I making something smaller, safer, or more ‘reasonable’ than I really want to?
Where am I setting goals based on what I think I can get... instead of what I actually want?
Where am I delaying action because I believe I need to be more ready, qualified, or perfect first?
It could show up as:
Pricing lower because you're scared to charge more
Skipping a dream project because it feels "too big" and overwhelming
Hiding a bold offer inside a watered-down marketing message
Just spotting one shrink point is powerful. Because awareness is what gives you the power to choose differently and avoid losing your dream.

If you realize you’re shrinking your coaching dreams more than you thought, that’s a really good thing. That’s actually progress. It means you’re aware!
The next step? Gentle, steady course correction.

Shrinking doesn’t mean you’re not determined enough.
It means you’re human.
your mind’s job is to keep you “safe.”
And to your brain, safety often means staying the same.
The trick isn’t to force yourself to “think bigger” all the time.
It’s to notice, kindly, when your brain tries to tuck your dreams into a smaller box, and then, choose differently.
Again and again.
Today, change your environment, do something different, add something novel to your day.
When “things” are totally different and something your brain has not experienced, it can’t go into auto-mode and back you down from progress, it has no precedence. So trick it.
Growth happens one brave, stretchy choice at a time.

Growing a coaching business is half internal and half external. It’s why I became a Coaching Business Growth Specialist AND a Certified Happiness & Manifesting Coach AND a Mind Management expert.
Because I have noticed that most coaches need to address internal resistance before they can apply external strategy effectively.
Which brings me to this episode of The Solo Coach Podcast which is a good one: Your Business Mirrors You: The Hidden Growth Strategy. Listen and Enjoy.
And on my YouTube channel, Coach Diaries, I’m sharing what to do when your mind feels heavy and stuck. If this is you, go watch, I know it will help.
Plus you can hear the latest on my super ambitious goal to grow my email list by 4,000 subscribers in 2025 without any paid ads or complicated strategies. What a journey!
Much love.
